The first stage of replacing the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at the Oasis is scheduled between May and October 2025, with $200,000 to be spent in 2024-25. Another $400,000 is estimated to be spent in 2025-26. This project is an important focus of the City to enhance the customer experience at the Oasis.
