Phase Four - Keenan Street Shared User Path Project

    About the project

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder received a grant from the Department of Transport’s Western Australian Bicycle Network (WABN), to extend the city’s Cycling Network:

Keenan Street (Piccadilly Street to Campbell Street) Shared User Path:

    • Planning, design and construction scheduled to be completed May 2026.
    • Estimated Project Cost: $423,912.00
      • City Contribution: $255,031.00
      • DoT Contribution: $211,956.00

The SUP will be developed to connect these paths with the existing cycling network. It provides access to key destinations including North Kalgoorlie Primary School, Piccadilly Street, and Sir Richard Moore Oval.

This initiative allows residents and visitors the ability to walk, wheel or ride in a safe and sustainable way.
