The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is developing a Public Health Plan designed to protect, improve and promote the health and well-being of the people living and working in the city. This Plan aligns with the Public Health Act 2016 and State Public Health Plan.

We would love to hear about what you think the Plan should include to improve and enhance health and well-being in our community.

To contribute your ideas, please complete the short survey below. Printed copies are available at the City's Administration Building at 577 Great Eastern Highway.

All survey responses must be received by 20 October 2022.
