About this consultation
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease a portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood to K Airport Hotel and Suites Pty Ltd for the consideration of $75,000 per annum (excluding GST commencing two (2) years after the dated of execution of the lease and as varied under the lease) for a fifty (50) year period.
