About this consultation
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to dispose of the below properties to M/Group by way of direct sale. The estimated market value of the properties as determined by a market review is listed below:

Valuation:
- $3,840,000 (ex GST)
Consideration:
- $6,140,820 (GST to be confirmed)
The land has registered Aboriginal heritage, and consultation with appropriate valid Native Title Claimants and cultural heritage knowledge holders is required to develop the land.
